Warranties cover replacement parts for 60 days from the date of shipment against failure in materials and workmanship. However, in the unlikely event of failure of a replacement part during the warranty period (other than due to customer negligence or misuse as determined by Seller), Seller will send a warranty replacement for the failed part. The replacement for the failed part will be invoiced to the customer. When the failed part is returned to our facility, a Warranty Evaluation will be performed and credit for the warranty invoice will be issued if it is deemed appropriate. The failed part must be returned to our facility within fifteen (15) days of the shipment of the warranty part.
